I Will Be Here

I Will Be Here by Steven Curtis Chapman

Tomorrow morning if you wake up
and the sun does not appear
I will be here
If in the dark, we lose sight of love
Hold my hand, and have no fear
'Cause I will be here
I will be here
When you feel like being quiet
When you need to speak your mind
I will listen
And I will be here
When the laughter turns to cryin'
Through the winning, losing and trying
We'll be together
I will be here
Tomorrow morning, if you wake up
And the future is unclear
I will be here
Just as sure as seasons were made for change
Our lifetimes were made for these years
So I will be here
I will be here
And you can cry on my shoulder
When the mirror tells us we're older
I will hold you
And I will be here
To watch you grow in beauty
And tell you all the things you are to me
I will be here
I will be true to the promise I have made
To you and to the One who gave you to me
Tomorrow morning, if you wake up
And the sun does not appear
I will be here
Oh, I will be here.

My Birthday

I still remember my last year birthday. That day we moved to our new house. From dawn till dusk, we were busy moving all our things to the new house and when we finally settled down at the end of the day to take some breath, it was about 9 at night. Then we quickly washed up and head to the nearest western restaurant ~Golden Goldini at Auto-City. We were the their last customer of the day. We had a scrumptious dinner that night but sadly Golden Goldini closed down few months later. This year I'm happy as we went to Swensens for lunch and Kampachi for dinner. It must have cost him something but I guess as long as I'm happy, everything is worth it. :D. Furthermore, I'm also happy that Swensens finally came back to town. My choice of ice-cream! Besides that, he got me a pair of RayBan sunglasses for my birthday.... :-) Ever since I'm with him, I don't need to buy my own birthday gift. :-)

Note - Price in Kampachi has increased.... :(

Rice and Spice

~Remembering that work ended at 5.30pm....~

Venue: Green Hall Georgetown (after Convent Light Street)

We went to Rice and Spice last Sunday...kind of a fine dining restaurant. Missed the live music performance but you can catch it on every Thurs, Fri and Sat. They serve North and South India food. They use quite a lot of herbs in cooking. The food was simply splendid and not much MSG as not at thirst after that....haha. The environment was quite nice. Customer service provided was good. The Indian captain will recommend their specialties and he will also tell you that it should be enough for you and your guests. Food portioned was rather small on first sight but it's generally enough in the end. Last but not least, the PRICE.......hmmm...it's a little more pricey comparable.

eg.
Mutton ~ RM18
Vege ~ RM10
Naan ~ RM4
Chicken ~ RM12
