The "short-tempered" chu cheong fun uncle

Tried it and you will love it! It's at the Pusing town, opposite the only police station in town. Pusing is located in Batu Gajah district of Perak. It's about 30 minutes aways from Ipoh town. This is also my hubby's hometown. I bet a lot of people have not hear about this Pusing town. I'm one of them too before I know my hubby. It is a small town with mostly Chinese and Indian population here. Most of the people here do farming and small business. It's consider a Hakka village as well but my in-laws are Cantonese living here since childhood. This chu cheong fan stalls has opened since many many years ago, > 20 yrs. There are only two choices of chu cheong fan here. One is with mushroom gravy and the other one is with curry gravy. I like both but most people prefer the curry gravy one. My hubby can eat up to 3 plates on just chu cheong fan..hehe.. Besides chu cheong fan, Pusing is also famous for its Hakka & nyonya kuih, Chiet kuen (cut meat rolls), dao ma chiet (like pan mee but using knife to cut the noodles), curry wildbor meat with noodles, and etc.

The following food is found at Chemor town (@Restoran Hoong Wan) - Great Seafood noodles! with it's famous fish meaty 'slices'
