I know there are many Char Koay Kak sellers in Penang but I always like this Char Koay Kak from this uncle. I've this Char Koay Kak since young. This uncle stall is located beside Desa Green flat at Jalan Van Pragh. Normally he opens his stall around 1.30pm. The Char Koay Kak comes in small, medium and large, from RM1.30 - RM2.00.
If you have the chance, try it :)
Yeah it's good and cheap... i miss this Char Koay Kak...in a class of its own:)
